How we rebuilt the digital face of the leader in distribution transformers

BEZ TRANSFORMATORY is the only manufacturer of distribution transformers in Slovakia. With over 120 years of experience and a projected product life of up to 30 years, it is a leader in the manufacture of modern and reliable transformers. In developing the new website, we were faced with the challenge of how to translate this history, know-how and product breadth into a clear, modern and commercially functional online presentation.

Why was the modernisation necessary?

The original website could no longer sufficiently demonstrate the wide range, innovative approach and years of experience WITHOUT TRANSFORMERS. It lacked clear navigation between products, services, references and the ability to quickly contact the company or respond to job offers. The goal was to create a site that would:

  • Clear – quick orientation in the assortment.
  • Commercially effective – encourages enquiries and communication.
  • Modern and trustworthy – underlines the position of a leader.
  • Attractive for employees – communicates career opportunities.

How did we solve it?

We focused on a complete restructuring of both content and design. The site now offers quick access to the main sections – from products to important references and contact forms.

  • Clear product breakdown: we have created four categories (Oil, Dry, Special and Photovoltaic) with clear descriptions of parameters and benefits.
  • Stock product visibility: we used calls to action (CTAs) and highlighted production capacity (4,000 units per year, 30-year lifetime).
  • References as proof of reliability: a separate section with projects (e.g. Mochovce, charging stations for electric vehicles) shows how BEZ solves specific energy challenges.
  • Enquiry forms and easy contact: Contact buttons and forms are visible on every page, including a special section for careers and vacancies.

4 Key improvements

A clearer structure

We have used a logical hierarchy so that the visitor naturally moves from basic information (About Us, Capacity, In Stock) to detailed specifications and references. Each product page contains:

  • Basic technical parameters (power, voltage, cooling systems).
  • Clear tables with standards and options.
  • Quick link to the enquiry form.

Emphasis on benefits

Instead of lengthy technical descriptions, we built communication on real benefits:

  • Reliability and long service life (up to 30 years design life).
  • Flexibility and a wide range of applications (from nuclear power plants to smaller solar parks).
  • Fast and expert support throughout the transformer lifecycle.

Practical references

We have put the most important projects at the forefront:

  • Mochovce nuclear power plant: completion 3. and Block 4 as unique in the EU.
  • Electromobility in Slovakia: strengthening the electricity grid for eMotion ultra-fast chargers.
  • KLF-ENERGETIKA, a.s.: delivery of oil transformers with an output of 12.5 MVA.

We have implemented several forms of contact:

  • Inquiry form for technical advice or a quick quote.
  • Career form for those seeking employment opportunities in a stable industry.
  • Telephone and e-mail contact directly from the site header.

Modernisation results

The new WITHOUT TRANSFORMERS website has brought clear improvements in several areas:

  • Clear presentation of products and services – potential customers can find technical parameters quickly and clearly.
  • Increase the number of enquiries – a simple form and an emphasis on benefits lead visitors to contact the company more often.
  • Modern design with an emphasis on credibility – new graphics and structure underline the market leader’s position.
  • Recruitment support – a clear Careers section attracts applicants and simplifies the application process.
