A website redesign for a prestigious internal medicine and cardiology clinic in Manhattan has resulted in a major improvement in patient communication. The main goal was to clarify information and simplify the appointment process.

The new structure of the website has made it easier for patients to understand the services offered and their importance. We implemented an interactive symptom guide to help patients identify potential health problems and direct them to the right department or specialist.

A key element was the creation of an intuitive online ordering system that takes into account the different types of examinations and the urgency of cases. This system not only increased the number of online orders, but also reduced the number of missed appointments thanks to automated reminders.
