KLEINSPORT sells sporting goods for leisure and professional equipment for top sports. The requirement for the project was to create an eshop with a wide range of goods, including importing products from different suppliers and synchronizing stock. Along with the new eshop, there was another request from the client to change the company’s visual identity. This change included the creation of a logo and a complete identity for the company.
High number of items in the shop over 40 thousand
Since the entire e-shop is to contain over 40 thousand items, we had to adapt the entire development to this fact. In addition, the items for the web are imported from different suppliers. The high number of items required the creation of a special megamenu with non-standard technologies and not only that. We had to carefully consider the categorization of goods in the e-shop and invent the proper use of filters so that the customer could easily navigate in such a large number of products. For better user accessibility, in addition to designing the store for computers, we also had to focus on mobile devices and make a special structure of the layout of elements for them.
The requirement for the corporate identity was that it should be dynamic, sporty, memorable and at the same time it should reflect the company’s values. For this reason, based on the company name, we chose the letter K for Klein sport, but adapted it into the motif of a man getting up from a sitting position. We also designed the colours for this logo to reflect the company’s values. We also created a design manual for the logo and the entire corporate identity, which contains a lot of information on the correct use of the logo, colours, branding, business card designs, letterheads, etc.
