For Nano CRM, an innovative customer relationship management system, we designed a comprehensive graphical user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) solution.

Key aspects of our proposal included:

• Clean, minimalist design with an emphasis on clarity and quick orientation
• Customizable dashboard with personalization options for different roles in the company
• Intuitive icons and colour coding for easy differentiation of different functions and states
• Responsive design for a consistent experience on both desktop and mobile devices
• Optimised forms and processes for fast entry and updating of customer data

We paid special attention to designing data visualizations and reports that allow users to quickly gain insight into key metrics and trends in customer relationships.

This new UI/UX design for Nano CRM not only improved the aesthetic appeal of the system, but also significantly increased its usability and efficiency, contributing to better customer relationship management for system users.
