Raket – internet provider – web site creation
Webdesign, WordPress, ordering system, special mobile version
Raket is an upcoming wireless internet provider for the Trnava region. The client’s request was to present the advantages of its solution compared to the competition and the possibility of online ordering of this internet. Based on the requirements, we decided to create an interactive ordering system that works based on the selected option, then adds the associated services. Due to the relatively high number of users who access the website via mobile phone in this segment, we could not use the classic responsiveness as for regular websites, but we had to redesign the ordering system to a special version for mobile phones.
Connection to the company CRM system
As we have previously designed and developed a CRM system for this customer, which not only enables better customer contact, but also a complete dilution of the company, we decided to link this website to their internal system based on a discussion with the client. Simplified, the process works as follows : a customer orders internet on the website and an order comes into the system, then the system sends a confirmation email to the customer confirming their order and once the customer confirms the order, individual tasks are assigned to individual employees based on availability to prepare and install the internet at the customer’s site.
