Thanks to the connection of the mobile app with the system, the employer has a complete overview of the performance of individual employees. It even has an instant overview of the activities that employees perform in real time. This brings the additional benefit that the employer knows which employee is as busy as the other and can therefore effectively redistribute tasks between them. In addition, the system also provides monthly statistics on the performance of individual employees and when deciding on rewards or downsizing, the employer can make a fair decision.
Other advantages of the system
Based on the client’s requirements, which were to increase the company’s efficiency and gain insight into employees and optimize costs, we designed a system that met exactly these expectations. The system works as follows. Each employee has a mobile app to which his or her supervisor adds tasks. Once a task is added, it is displayed to the employee in a column along with other tasks. If the employee starts to perform one of these tasks, he or she will start solving that task in the mobile application. If he or she interrupts work on the task, he or she is obliged to mark this interruption in the application. The same system also works for arrivals and departures from work, where, thanks to NFC technology, the employee’s phone is read by the employer and, accordingly, the employer has a perfect overview of the arrivals and departures from the workplace of each employee.
