Rental management
Based on the client’s requirements, we designed a comprehensive car rental solution. The system consisted of two parts, namely a system for the car rental company itself, where it has a complete overview of its fleet, branches, rentals, customers, vehicle operating costs, notifications of upcoming insurance payments and many other features. The advantage of this system is that the vehicle availability data entered in this system is also projected on the portal, where the customer is shown if the vehicle is available.
Customer portal
Based on the availability of individual vehicles in the rental companies, these vehicles are also displayed automatically in the customer portal. The rental company has the option to display the vehicles on the portal or not to display them and keep them for internal purposes. This part of the portal consists of an appointment availability search engine in which it is also possible to filter vehicles according to a number of parameters. At the same time, thanks to this portal, a potential customer can compare prices and make a reservation for a vehicle, which is automatically transferred to the rental company’s system.
